"Do we have the clarity as to who we really are and what makes us unique or is our identity just a distorted reflection of vocational pursuits and our meeting the expectations others have assigned for us?" Students want an objective method to know and understand "what" their inborn talents are and "how" those abilities can be used to support and build a meaningful career they will love. They also want a subjective understanding of "why" academic pursuits are worth the effort, an authentication that reflects a distinctive sense of themselves.
